Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our online shop and add any flowers, plants or gifts you wish to purchase to your shopping basket. Once you have completed your selection, proceed to checkout and enter the details required to complete your order.
We accept most major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Clearpay and Klarna. Orders may also be placed and paid for by telephone by calling 01273 796000.
Where requested, we can send a secure payment link by email or text message to allow payment to be made online.
For security purposes, Flowers Unlimited may also choose to request payment via a secure payment link before processing an order, particularly where we have not previously dealt with the customer or where additional verification is considered necessary.
We reserve the right to delay or decline an order until payment has been successfully received and verified.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract between you and Flowers Unlimited is formed when payment has been successfully processed and we have accepted your order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where a pricing error has occurred, a product is unavailable, or for any other reasonable cause. Should this happen, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide a full refund where applicable.
Where an email address is provided, we will send an order confirmation containing the details of the order received.
Customers are responsible for checking the order confirmation carefully and notifying us as soon as possible of any errors or omissions, including delivery addresses, recipient details, card messages and delivery dates.
Flowers Unlimited cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs arising from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Due to seasonal availability and supply conditions, certain flowers, plants, containers or sundry items may occasionally need to be substituted.
Where substitutions are necessary, we will always endeavour to maintain the style, colour palette, quality and value of the item ordered. Any substitute products will be of equal or greater value.
We offer local delivery throughout Brighton, Hove and surrounding areas.
Orders received before 4:00pm Monday to Friday, and before 3pm on Saturday are eligible for same-day local delivery. Orders received after this time will normally be delivered on the next available delivery day.
We offer flower delivery throughout mainland UK.
Same-day delivery is available to most areas for orders placed before 12:00 noon, subject to availability. Orders received after this time will normally be delivered on the next available delivery day.
For urgent deliveries or deliveries to more remote locations, please contact us and we will be happy to advise.
We can arrange flower deliveries to most countries worldwide through our network of independent florists. Please telephone us to discuss international delivery requirements.
Orders placed with a specified delivery date will normally be delivered on that date. Deliveries requested for public holidays may be delivered on the next available working day.
While we make every effort to meet requested delivery dates, these cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.
Timed deliveries are not available except for funeral tributes, weddings, and by prior arrangement.
If you require an urgent or express delivery, please call 01273 796000 and we will do our best to assist.
Deliveries are normally made once.
If the recipient is unavailable, we may:
• Leave the flowers with a neighbour where appropriate. • Leave a calling card with collection or redelivery instructions. • Contact the recipient to arrange an alternative delivery date.
Flowers Unlimited cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to flowers, plants or gifts once they have been successfully delivered or left in accordance with the delivery instructions provided.
We take great pride in the quality and freshness of our flowers and ensure that all products are prepared with care before leaving our shop.
All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are shown separately during the checkout process.
Orders cancelled online, by telephone or by email may be subject to a cancellation charge, particularly where flowers or materials have already been purchased, prepared or dispatched.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel an order.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information.
Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers. We do not store customers' full payment card details.

We take customer satisfaction very seriously.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants, any complaint should be reported within 1 working day of delivery wherever possible.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement product, partial refund, or full refund.
Any agreed refund will be processed to the original payment method and should normally appear within 5 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.
