As flowers are a natural and seasonal product, individual flower varieties may occasionally differ from those shown in the photograph. Where necessary, our skilled florists will substitute flowers with suitable alternatives of a similar style, quality and value whilst maintaining the overall look and feel of the arrangement.

Where a design includes a vase, basket or other sundry item, it may not always be possible to supply the exact item shown. In these circumstances, we will provide a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.

Freshness Guarantee

We guarantee our flowers for a minimum of 5 days from delivery, provided that the care instructions supplied are followed.

All of our flowers are carefully prepared and dispatched in the best possible condition. In the unlikely event that your flowers arrive damaged or are not of satisfactory quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and, where possible, provide photographs to help us investigate the issue.

We will always endeavour to resolve any concerns promptly and fairly. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement arrangement, partial refund, or full refund.
